Reserving Common Areas

There are several locations throughout the property that may be used for gathering with friends and family for special occasions. Our goal is to provide owners with opportunities to create lasting memories while also minimizing the impact on other guests.

Requests for the use of common areas are reviewed on an individual basis, as accommodations vary depending on several factors, including the time of year, day of the week, weather conditions, desired location, and the number of attendees.

The front desk maintains a reservation calendar to prevent double bookings. All reservations must be approved by management.

A $50 refundable credit card deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.

All attendees must be registered guests of Eagle’s Nest.

Unit occupancy limits and standard parking rules apply.

The reserved area must be left in the same condition in which it was found, including returning furniture to its original placement, removing trash, and cleaning tables.

For safety and property preservation:

• Candles are not permitted indoors

• Push pins and tape may not be used on painted surfaces

All common areas close at 10:00 PM.
