Michelle Churchill, Resort Manager
Michelle Churchill moved to the United States in 2007, bringing with her a strong background in parks and recreation. Settling in Southwest Florida, she built a career in marketing, events, and lifestyle programming for developers and builders before transitioning into community management. Over the past several years, Michelle has served as General Manager for three different HOA communities, where she has overseen operations and fostered vibrant, resident-focused environments.
Michelle relocated from Birmingham, England with her husband and two young children, then ages 10 and 12, who are now grown, her son lives nearby in Bonita Springs, while her daughter embarked on a new adventure in Dubai in 2023. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling and staying active through a wide range of exercise activities. Looking ahead, she hopes to conclude her professional journey with Hilton Grand Vacations, specifically at Eagle’s Nest Resort in Marco Island.
Claudia Phoenix, Assistant Manager
Claudia Phoenix is the Assistant Resort Manager at Eagles Nest on Marco Beach, where she brings close to four decades of dedication and experience to creating exceptional guest experiences. Claudia began her career in the resort recreation department, where for 20 years she helped guests make the most of their vacations through engaging programs and personalized service. In 2010 she transitioned into her current leadership role, where she continues to blend her passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction.
With a background in child psychology and art, Claudia brings creativity, empathy, and a personal touch to everything she does. She takes pride in fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff, ensuring that every stay at Eagles Nest feels like home.
Alisa Square, Flex Coordinator
Alisa Square, originally from Illinois, is the Administrative Assistant to the Manager at Eagle’s Nest Resort, Marco Island. She has been with Hilton Grand Vacations for an impressive 33 years, bringing dedication and expertise to her role.
Alisa began working at Eagle’s Nest in 1992. She has since been instrumental in managing all fixed and flex bookings for both owners and guests. Her deep historical knowledge of the resort and its operations have made her an invaluable resource to both staff and owners. Eagle’s Nest is fortunate to benefit from her experience, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Alisa enjoys traveling back to Illinois to spend time with her family. Locally, she loves being with her sons and cherishes time with her grandchildren. Her strong family ties and warm personality shine through in everything she does, making her not only a trusted colleague but also a beloved member of the Eagle’s Nest community.
Ed Ludwig, Sales Associate
Ed Ludwig brings 25 years of timeshare experience to the Eagles Nest sales position. Ed has sold timeshare intervals throughout the continental US and the Cayman Islands, including multiple resorts in SW Florida.
