This year’s meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. ET on February 3, 2026, at Eagle’s Nest on Marco Beach 410 S. Collier Blvd. Marco Island, FL 34145

Board of Directors Election
This year, one Board member will be elected to your board of directors from the list of candidates presented in this mailing. Your board of directors and Hilton Grand Vacations thank each of the Owners who expressed a desire to serve on the board. Your interest in the association is vital and, if you are not elected this year, we hope you will remain interested in serving in the future.
Eagle’s Nest on Marco Beach Condominium Owners’ Association, Inc. is very fortunate to have such a dedicated group of board members, and we extend our deepest gratitude to Jack Guinan, Sharon Bohrer, Joe Smolka, Candice Verwey and Alan Jacubenta for their board service. Their participation is greatly valued.
Resort Operating Highlights
Greetings from Eagle’s Nest Beach Resort and Eagle’s Nest on Marco Beach Condominium Association, Inc.! As we enter a new year, we would like to thank our Owners for a wonderful 2025.
We’d like to highlight a few recently completed projects, such as renovating the cooling tower and installing a new tankless water heater system in the main building. We’ve also replaced all gas barbecues and renovated the racquet ball court. Inside, we’ve finished installing new televisions in the tower guest rooms and installed fiber optics throughout the property.
Looking ahead, even more improvements are planned for 2026, ensuring Eagle’s Nest remains a premier destination for relaxation and family memories. We plan to install new door locks for all guest rooms, paint the building exterior and upgrade the soft and case goods in line with our reserve schedule.
As always, we deeply appreciate our Owners and look forward to helping you create lifelong vacation traditions.
